Before You Play

2.1 To be eligible to register and use an sdj66 account, the Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of the account:

• The Player must be at least 18 years of age.
• The Player must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• The Player must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to their location.
• The Player must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in effect on their sdj66 account.
• The Player must not have had a previous sdj66 account closed for breach of these Terms.

2.2 sdj66 targets the Bangladesh market and the platform is designed and localised for players based in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with any laws applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction. sdj66 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended market.

2.3 sdj66 employs age-verification procedures at the point of registration and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account restriction and may result in account closure.

2.4 Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 18 at the time the relevant bets or wagers were placed will be void and the amounts will not be paid out. sdj66 reserves the right to report underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required.

4.1 sdj66 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the current limits displayed in the Player's account at the time of the request.

4.2 Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's sdj66 account within thirty seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer to credit depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawals are processed by sdj66 in the order in which they are received. sdj66 targets a withdrawal processing time of one to twelve hours for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur due to additional verification requirements or circumstances outside sdj66's control.

4.4 Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the sdj66 account. sdj66 does not make payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Where a Player's preferred withdrawal method differs from the deposit method, sdj66 may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.

4.5 sdj66 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount or the Player's previous verification status. This is a standard security measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

4.6 Players must not deposit funds with the intention of withdrawing them without engaging in genuine gambling activity. sdj66 monitors deposit and withdrawal patterns and may restrict or close accounts where such patterns are detected. Deposits used exclusively to test payment methods without genuine wagering may be subject to an administration charge at sdj66's discretion.

4.7 sdj66 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the Player's bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player. sdj66 accepts no liability for third-party fees deducted from Player transactions.

4.8 Currency and Conversion

All sdj66 accounts are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT, the conversion will be applied at the exchange rate determined by the Player's payment provider at the time of the transaction. sdj66 is not responsible for currency conversion rates or any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the sdj66 sportsbook are subject to the general betting rules published on the platform and any sport-specific rules applicable to the relevant market. By placing a bet, the Player confirms that they have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market. sdj66 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault.

6.2 Cricket Betting

sdj66 offers cricket betting markets covering BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other domestic and international cricket competitions. In-play betting is available on selected matches. The following rules apply to all cricket betting on sdj66:

• A match must be completed (or have a Duckworth-Lewis result declared) for most markets to be settled. Void rules for abandoned and weather-affected matches are stated in the cricket-specific rules on the platform.
• In-play bets accepted after a ball is bowled but before odds are updated will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted by the system.
• sdj66 is not responsible for errors in live scoring data provided by third-party data feeds. Where a scoring error affects the settlement of a bet, sdj66 will re-settle the relevant markets once the official result is confirmed.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on sdj66 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are provided by licensed international game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published RTP (Return to Player) rate and game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested. sdj66 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes. All results are final once a game round is complete, subject to the exception set out in clause 6.4 below.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, the relevant round or bet may be declared void at sdj66's discretion. Winnings generated as a result of a software error, misconfigured odds, or system malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. sdj66 will notify affected Players and return any staked amounts to their account balance where applicable.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

sdj66 reserves the right to apply maximum single-transaction payout limits which vary by game type and market. Current maximum payout limits are published in the platform's banking and game information sections. Any winnings exceeding the applicable limit in a single session or transaction may be subject to reduction to the stated maximum at sdj66's sole discretion.

8.1 sdj66 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if sdj66 reasonably determines that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 7, has provided false registration information, or if sdj66 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

8.2 Players may voluntarily close their sdj66 account at any time by contacting sdj66 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

8.3 Players who wish to exclude themselves from sdj66 for responsible gaming purposes may apply for self-exclusion rather than account closure. Self-exclusion options — including periods of one week, one month, three months, six months, or permanent — are available via the account settings panel and by contacting sdj66 support. 8.4 Where an account is closed by sdj66 due to a breach of these Terms, sdj66 reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit any bonus balances. The disposition of real-money deposit balances in breach-closure cases will be determined by sdj66 in accordance with its internal procedures, taking into account the nature and severity of the breach.

8.5 sdj66 reserves the right to close or restrict access to accounts that have been inactive (no login, no deposit, no wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve months or more. Before taking such action, sdj66 will attempt to notify the Player at the registered email address. Any remaining real-money balance in an inactive account will be preserved for a period of not less than six years from the date of the last transaction.

8.6 Decisions made by sdj66 regarding account closure for breach of these Terms are final. However, Players may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within thirty days of receiving notification of account closure. sdj66 will review all appeals in good faith and provide a written response within fourteen business days.
